When Jason's family confronts Shaina they tell her to stay away from their son, offering to send her to study abroad and pay $5 million after she's released, arguing Jason shouldn't marry someone with a criminal record. Shaina reluctantly agrees. Back in Cloudriver, a rival brags that he blacklisted her from every law firm and vows to put her to work so she will 'kneel and beg' for Jason's forgiveness. Jason is stunned. Then someone spots Shaina publicly on a date, leaving Jason and his supporters unsure how this will change everything.
