At an event people spot Eric Finch, a CEO presumed dead after a car crash six months earlier, and see he’s wearing a wedding ring—he’s alive and married. Elsewhere an elder gives the new bride a marriage certificate and wedding rings, urging her to cherish the bond and wear them whenever she goes out. Later at the venue a contact invites Mr. Finch to a VIP room. Someone points out the person pushing his wheelchair: Nora, introduced as Mrs. Finch, confirming his public return. Eric goes upstairs for a private meeting, leaving Nora and the marriage’s purpose unresolved.
