Abandoned After Prison, Crowned After Marriage - Episode 12

After a blood transfusion, a man learns his donor is Nora Stuart — a former inmate his grandfather pulled out of jail and whom his grandfather approved marrying. Nora is pale and anemic from donating blood, and the man admits he wrongly blamed her. Someone warns Mr. Finch, "we need to get to the hotel — she's in danger now." At the hotel a stranger corners Nora, taunting, "You wouldn't let me sleep with you... I won't let you go," and the confrontation escalates. The episode ends on a shouted "Stop!" as the attack closes in, leaving her fate unresolved.
