Abandoned After Prison, Crowned After Marriage - Episódio 9

At noon the household finds Nora hasn't made lunch and people call out for her. Servants openly accuse her of slacking and even suggest divorce if she can't handle the work. When confronted, Nora says, "I'm just a little anemic," and asks to rest. Mr. Finch surprises everyone by ordering her to go back to her room and to fetch the maids, easing immediate punishment. That sudden leniency shifts the power in the house. A determined staffer then vows, "I have to make Mr. Finch see your true colors," leaving Nora's position in jeopardy.
