Breaking news announces Zack Moore, the Moore family's second son, has married Layla Smith. Zack coldly tells Layla the marriage is transactional—to satisfy elders and bring a turnaround to Smith Group—and warns she'll be a trophy wife who must appear when needed and otherwise stay silent. He lays down rules and calls women 'tools.' Then Ms. Smith summons Felix, orders a car, tells him to track Zack and says, "I want to give him a special gift on our wedding night." Surveillance starts and a mysterious 'gift' is planned, leaving Layla trapped and Zack unaware.
