Natalie is in hospital protesting that her symptoms are minor while a man who canceled a company meeting refuses to leave her side. She asks a nurse for a caretaker. Meanwhile at home Hector and household staff learn Natalie came back in a luxury car and left with luggage on the morning they were supposed to marry. Camila, who is pregnant, panics that her husband is gone. The family freezes Natalie's bank card to force her return. At episode end a clerk says, "Your card appears to be frozen," leaving her cut off and expected back tonight.
