At a butcher stall, Donald and Tig decide to use pork liver as bait to catch crayfish and start a business. Sophie confronts Tig for taking $15 from a chicken sale; Tig explains he used it to pay Donald's wife and daughter's hospital bills. Sophie demands Donald repay and mocks the idea, so Donald wagers that selling crayfish will succeed—if he loses he must forfeit his house.
