Mr. Lister arrives offering $20 to buy Mr. Chester’s spicy and garlic crayfish recipe. Chester balks; Lister ups it to $200 plus 50¢/lb but demands Chester sell crayfish only to him. Lister hints he can help in Richmond and, after Chester demands sincerity, accepts the exclusivity; Chester writes the recipe, sets delivery for three days, and departs for the hospital. At home, Sharon is fed when visitors reveal Donald plans to move back and has asked them to sell their little girl to buy feed-mill machines. The episode ends with the family reeling from that impossible demand.
