A man bursts into Mr. Lister's eatery insisting crayfish can be delicious and asks to cook. Lister and the staff refuse, mocking crayfish, so the man challenges the house chef and guarantees success—or he'll pay ten free-range chickens. The boss reluctantly allows him to cook two styles.
