The episode then cuts to a hospital where Mr. Barton has returned and immediately asserts control, revealing he trusts a mysterious system. Staff react to the wreckage he caused—smashed walls—and are ordered to straighten, smile, and swear loyalty, even calling him the hospital's sun. Barton commands them to lead him to the inpatient ward on a 'quest' to collect hospital fees. The staff comply, and the fee-collection in the wards is left unresolved and imminent.
