Lilian is warned not to bring a boy near the morgue after sensors detect more than one S-rank anomaly. Ms. Bishop orders a retreat but Mr. Barton, the hospital owner, refuses and arms men to restore order. Team members realize an S-rank anomaly king is feeding on fresh flesh and thought the child escaped—only to find he stayed. The anomaly targets the boy while Barton's crew demands payment for damage or 'pay with your body,' taunting and attacking. An aunt cries out as a fat man snarls, 'Who did you say you'd tear to pieces?'
