Rachel tells Mr. Chandler she feels unwell and asks for leave. Immediately someone requests coffee from Joseph and then orders Rachel to fetch it, warning "go now, or quit." Rachel protests that she has stomach trouble and can't drink cold drinks and asks for delivery, but is pushed to buy another. On return the coffee spills and Rachel collapses; coworkers scold her for carelessness and demand she get up and "stop making a scene." The episode ends with Rachel lying amid the spilled coffee, her condition and the consequences unresolved.
