A proposal opens the episode — rings exchanged and a man remembers Qiana, who “died saving me” after he proposed. The mood fractures when Cindy angrily reveals she waited an hour for Charlie, but Charlie insists he would marry no one but Qiana and refuses to move on. Cindy storms out, someone tells Leon to look after the father, and a tense order — "Throw it away." — follows.
