Arriving late, Chief Medical Examiner Dr. Jones (Sarah) discovers Dr. Zimmer (Mia) already released the autopsy and her team mocks Sarah for being slow. Humiliated, Sarah orders the next autopsy done alone and bars entry, convinced someone peeked at her report. Mia nevertheless presents the findings: the victim died from an upward stab to the heart and the killer is likely a woman about 5'2"–5'3". Colleagues reveal they filed the same conclusions, leaving Sarah exposed and determined to find who leaked her results.
