The Forensic Crown She Dropped - Épisode 5

At the station, grieving Ms. Jenkins erupts, accusing staff of disrespecting her son's body after an autopsy and lashes out at the medical examiners. Mia, a new medical examiner nicknamed the 'Corpse Whisperer,' feels guilty and is berated by bystanders while colleagues defend standard autopsy procedure and Sarah, the Chief Medical Examiner. The confrontation threatens the station's reputation; the Chief offers Mia a two-day lecture invitation to Crestwick University and colleagues push her to accept. As tensions shift against Sarah, the episode ends with a direct threat: "Mia, I'll expose your Corpse Whisperer scam," leaving Mia's credibility hanging.
