The Goodbye I Couldn't Explain - Episode 9

Episode opens with a terrified person begging Trenton not to kill them and promising to leave. Dwight is told he needn't go, but he insists on stepping aside so the woman can be with Trenton. Mr. Zoller meets Mr. Goodman and refuses profit or title, demanding all factory workers keep their jobs; when Goodman objects, Zoller reveals he'll die in five days, forcing a change. Madelyn reluctantly agrees to a trip. At the bus stop she waits for a promised romantic date; Trenton arrives, saying, "Madelyn, I'm here!" and the scene cuts.
