The Heart She Could Not Claim - Épisode 11

After an assassination attempt the princess is shaken; a guard sent by King Jasper secures the scene and orders the captured attackers executed. It is revealed Sarah, a maid who grew up with them, died protecting the princess. Eloise explodes at the palace, condemning those who call Sarah’s death "worth it" and accusing the court of putting politics and safety above a servant’s life. Guards drag a delirious Eloise away. Later a servant refuses marriage vows to stay by the princess; Eloise snaps, "That won't happen," leaving her accusation that misplaced trust caused the death unresolved.
