The Man Who Carves Gods - Episódio 2

News opens on an impossible murder: an S-class war criminal known as the Butcher was felled by a wooden carving. Investigators and witnesses converge on a plain workshop and find a young woodcarver with dozens of carvings. They cannot sense cultivation on him, yet his piece killed a near-grandmaster and an astral projection of the Tide Marshal appeared to observers. That night a late visitor receives ginger tea already prepared; she realizes he anticipated her arrival and even knows she is on her period. The episode ends with everyone unnerved as the carver's lethal skill and eerie foresight remain unexplained.
