The Man Who Carves Gods - Episode 5

An apprentice bursts in claiming Mr. Harris opened all twelve of his primary meridians, even killed the Butcher with a wooden carving, and presses a jar of ointment on his skeptical master. The master calls it shoddy medicine, fears poison, and refuses. The apprentice escalates into a scuffle until the master reluctantly tests the salve. After applying it, the master feels an immediate, startling reaction: "This effect... Holy cow!" The episode ends with both stunned by the ointment’s sudden power and uncertain what consequences will follow.
