The Reckoning of Gold and Blood - Episode 7

At the Lambert ancestral hall a tense takeover begins: someone orders all elders and directors of Lambert Trading to attend a succession ceremony and declares, "I will rightfully take over as the head of the family!" Clare is held inside while top bodyguards seal exits. Pressed to agree, she pleads for time and tries to reveal a secret—"I'm actually..."—but is silenced. One person threatens, "I'll cut off his tongue and feed him to the dogs!" Faced with the threat and pleas to spare him, Clare yields and says she'll inform them now, leaving his fate unresolved.
