At a pharmacy a woman notices a boy’s inhaler and matching asthma signs and becomes convinced he might be her missing grandson. She plucks a strand of his hair and orders an immediate DNA test with results in two days. At home the boy, Toby, throws a tantrum, refusing school, while servants argue over status and a $20 million ring. Justin and his mother return and introduce Toby to his father and the grandmother who had waited six years. She’s disappointed he doesn’t resemble a Penn; the family is split and the DNA result looms.
