At a hospital, a DNA report reveals that Aiden is Justin's biological son. Justin immediately demands his grandson be brought home and says a tracker hidden in the jade pendant he gave Aiden pinpoints the boy. Meanwhile, Aunt Ellie decides to ship Aiden away and physically forces him into a car despite his desperate pleas that his mother is in prison. He offers his singing prize money and promises never to look for his father again to stay. Justin mobilizes to retrieve Aiden, but the boy is driven off and the reunion hangs in doubt.
