Too Late to Be Her First - Episode 8

April is driven out after a harsh confrontation and a man (Mr. Rogers) offers money and help but is rebuffed. Later, Reuben is urged to stop loving a certain woman; another person pleads, “Love me instead,” and Reuben concedes she doesn't deserve him. At a hospital, a desperate relative produces funds for a mother's urgent liver resection, signing a waiver despite the doctor's warning that she's too weak and has only six days. The surgery succeeds but leaves the patient weakened and on strict rest. The episode closes with April spotting Dexter: "You're back."
