Blade of the Betrayed - Episode 7

Samantha confronts Chase at night for discarding a Legendary Coreblade for a shattered blade, warning his reckless choice endangers the Order. She offers a spirit draught to restore him and nourish the blade, but Chase refuses, accusing her past care of betrayal and vowing not to feed his blade for Hunter to claim. Instead he burns his lifespark and, within three days, forces his blade into the second-realm Transcendence: a crimson python with twin horns. Fellow practitioners who sacrificed blood are stunned; they question how Hunter/Mr. York matched their imagery and pace, leaving the Order unsettled.
