Medical crisis: the Prince collapses after apparent poisoning and people frantically call for a doctor. A visitor reveals the stolen Mystic Ginseng is deadly; a captured thief confesses and offers their life in exchange for an antidote. The visitor produces the legendary Dew Pill, promises to purge the toxin, accepts the Prince's token as collateral, and says the remedy will be free "for you and Lydia" because of a personal tie. The episode closes as the Dew Pill is presented and the visitor cryptically calls them "my dear fiancé and sister," leaving the Prince's survival and that claim unresolved.
