At a family gathering Tris faints and reveals she's pregnant with Cecil's child. Adana taunts her while others warn Cecil not to argue. With Tris pregnant, another family member asserts the family headship and orders Adana to apologize; she refuses, so Grandpa Hugh calls a family meeting. He instructs Linda (Ms. Young) to fetch Glory Hotel surveillance that allegedly proves Trista's infidelity and that the baby isn't Cecil's. The accusation forces a public confrontation, and Cecil is left facing the footage and a choice that will determine Tris's fate.
