Onboard a flight carrying a donor heart, staff error delays Dr. Brooks — the heart has only six hours viability and is already half an hour late. Chief purser Celeste miscounted passengers; colleague Clara accuses her of framing, and Dr. Brooks is pressured to explain in front of Mr. Montclair, whose brother needs the transplant. The plane departs but the crew later announces the heart's transport was delayed and the surgery postponed. Montclair demands a full investigation to identify the responsible flight attendant, leaving blame unresolved and Celeste's fate uncertain.
