Forever That Young Soul - Episode 1

During an anti-vice raid in SpaVille, Monitor, an anti-vice cop, confronts Frank, the spa's House Star, caught for the third time this month. She repeats his past excuses; he insists he doesn't wash feet but "washes away the dust of this world," says he has a heart of gold and helps desperate people because of a gambling father, bedridden mother and useless brother. Pressed, Frank reveals he's been deep undercover for the director, infiltrating major foot spas, and then stops: "I found out..." The raid ends unresolved, leaving Monitor to decide her next move.
