A man is brought into SpaVille after skipping his spa bill three times and even calling the cops. Freda and the technicians confront him, citing SpaVille's rules—repeat offenders lose limbs—and demand payment. He pleads he was short on cash, invokes longtime VIP status and claims his feelings for the girls were "true love," begging for mercy. Freda refuses without a good reason. Mid-plea, someone makes a sudden, very fast move; bystanders shout "Frank, you!" and a voice cries, "Mommy! I want to be your lapdog, too!" The interruption halts the punishment, leaving his fate undecided.
