A pregnant woman answers a hostile call from her mother demanding a $50,000 transfer for her brother's car and ordering her home to marry. She says she spent everything on Grandma's treatment, who still died, endures the insult, then mourns and steels herself: "For the baby," finishes the meal and goes to work. At the clinic, Mr. Jensen wakes from a dream about a pregnant woman, learns she saved Grandma and refused his card, and instructs staff to make sure she’s paid.
