A Love Stronger Than Slander - Episode 2

At a hospital meeting, Mrs. Blake publicly shames a pregnant woman expecting Don's child and threatens to have the woman's seriously ill father thrown out unless she ends the pregnancy. Under pressure, the woman agrees to an abortion and submits to the procedure. Afterward she reveals that the Blake Group has blacklisted her for years, leaving her unable to work. Desperate, she confronts Mr. Blake and demands to know why he prioritized a marriage alliance over their child. The episode ends with her accusation hanging as Mr. Blake is forced to respond.
