Presland’s threats provoke a scuffle—staff restrain her after she lashes out while bystanders protest—and Bree slips into distress, crying she can't see Daddy. Separately, Don Blake gets a cardiology call revealing Kayla is his girlfriend and that their daughter needs urgent surgery. Shocked, he replies, "I'm coming to the hospital now." The episode ends as his arrival races toward the hospital.
