A Love Stronger Than Slander - Episode 6

Kayla tells Don her illness is terminal and asks him to take their daughter Bree. Don explodes, accuses her of using their child's death to manipulate him and says he wants no connection, even that he'd make her get rid of the child. Then Bree collapses, has a heart attack, is resuscitated and needs immediate surgery. Staff call Ms. Jayne; Bree whispers, "Mommy, don't worry about me." With Kayla unable to care and Don refusing responsibility, Bree heads to surgery without a clear guardian.
