The man insists the room is his and that he's stayed three days. Staff checks the reservation and says the room was booked under Vivian and extended. Then someone notices a mismatch: the record says Room 106, but they are standing in 206. The booking contradiction halts the confrontation and leaves the crowd unsure who is telling the truth, forcing an immediate decision.
