At a luxury hotel staff announce that Ms. Miller is registered in the presidential suite, shocking other guests who expect the real heiress to be there. Terry confronts Julia, her girlfriend, accusing her of stealing the suite and tricking Terry into the staff room. Julia insists she won a free voucher, says she went to shower and found rooms swapped on return, denying any plan or power to move people. Guests demand camera checks and to call police.
