Where Old Dreams Return - Episode 17

Leah sits beside Jacob's hospital bed after he was badly injured. Her mother arrives, questions why Leah hasn't visited, and awkwardly suggests the Shelton family's son as an alternative if Jacob doesn't wake. Leah rejects the idea, insists Jacob is her childhood sweetheart, and vows to remain alone rather than marry another. Her mother leaves, claiming Jacob will be fine. Later, a man says, "Don't cry, my lady," then presses a crude, flirtatious offer involving Capt. Nash. With Jacob still unconscious, Leah's vow is tested and an unsettling pressure lingers.
